Mounting: .5-inch mounting base plate attaches to four 1-inch bolts, not 5/8-inch bolts like most manufacturers. The bolts are set 10 inches apart, which is greater spacing than most basketball goals. This additional bolt spacing provides for a much more solid and stable basketball goal.

We set this up in our driveway with no problem other than the weight but this is by far the best basketball hoop we have ever had. If a nuclear bomb hit our neighborhood the hoop would be the only thing left standing. Playing on a high quality basketball hoop like this is infinitely more enjoyable than a piece of junk from [...] We have gone through many basketball hoops and this one is by far the best quality and the most fun to use. The only suggestion I have on the goal is to send out the anchor kit right away so that the concrete can be all set with the bolts in it so you can set the hoop up right when it arrives rather than waiting a week. Other than that it's fantastic. This is the best hoop on the market, and the company was great.
