Zhumell's Tachyon 25x100 Astronomical binocular is an industrial-strength, field-worthy instrument for astronomy. With 25x magnification, 100mm objective lenses, and a built-in tripod adapter, it offers plenty of power for observing craters on the moon and for picking out features on the planets. It'll even afford good views of interstellar objects.

Plus, now the Zhumell 25x100 Tachyon binoculars take standard, 1.25-inch astronomical filters to enhance your views of the moon, planets, nebulae, and other celestial bodies. Ruggedly constructed and waterproof, the Tachyon will take just about anything nature can throw at it, and its locking, aluminum case will keep it secure on the road. It's even covered by Zhumell's 25-year no-fault warranty, which is something everyone will love.

The Zhumell 20X80's are a great deal. They are a little awkward on the tripod and sluggish to adjust - but they do adjust. From my back yard, in the foothills of Tucson Arizona, I saw Saturn, ring and all on the first night I used them. I can see the hikers going up Sabino Canyon, over 2 miles away. They don't operate with the fluid smoothness of my Canon binoculars but they reach out a lot further and they cost a whole lot less - not bad!
