I bought this product for my son when he was 4, he is 7 now, the backback looks new still but the zipper never worked! When I bought it he loved it so much I thought that I could get someone to fix it, well I'm still looking. He still uses it with all his stuff falling out at school. I know three years seems like a long time to have a backpack and it stll looks new but the quality of the zipper is horrible. I've taken it to everyone to try to fix it. When I tell him its time to pick another one he begs me not to do because he loves this one. I just hate to spend $40 for another zipper that will break the second week I have it. Plus its so hard to move the zipper I don't think he could open it if it did close.
