    I purchased this radio as a birthday gift for my wife. We live in the mountains and previously were able to pick up only two FM stations, neither of which were what we wanted to listen to. Based on other reviews here, I ordered this radio in an attempt to get better reception and I'm not disappointed. We still receive only 7 or 8 stations, but that's a whole lot better than we get with any other radio in the house, and some of them are even ones we enjoy listening to.Upon removing the radio from it's box, one of the feet fell off. It's just glued on, so it was no big deal to fix, but I expected a little more from a unit in this price range. Other than that small thing, we're very satisfied with the purchase.
