Buyer Reviews
this is a classic old-school sleeping bag, sometimes hard to find in this age of synthetics. cotton inside and out, it is big enough to flop around in, warm instead of slick inside, and won't slide off the bed or cot. i love this bag. the only shortcoming, in my opinion, is the sewed-on roll-up cover assistance thing. it's not a problem if you always use the bag as a right zip; but if you use it as a left zip, that big flap of cloth is right there on top, under your nose and just waiting to get in your face. i cut mine off (very carefully) and re-sewed that seam where it had been, just to make sure i wasn't weakening the basic structure of the bag. worked fine, but don't do it unless you know what you are doing. that cover supposedly helps you roll up this huge bag for storage and traveling, and it does, i guess, but now i just roll mine up and strap it. all that having been said, this is a fine piece of equipment at a very reasonable price.
