The Lifetime Adult Paddle is for beginner to intermediate kayakers. The interior foam flotation material will keep the paddle afloat if it's dropped in the water. Standard push button allows for 90-degree angle of the ABS plastic blades as well as two position feather adjustments.

I am a novice paddler and do not have anything to compare this to, but it does everything I expected and at a good price. It is not too heavy, seems to move me along at a reasonable pace and survives the abuse of young girls. Paddles are expensive and this one is pretty reasonable at $30. Lifetime products have been very high quality for me in the past, so I have every reason to believe that this will last as well. I would buy this again.
