I was disapointed when I opened the packagin because it is not a soft fleece. It is a stiffer, rough fleece. It does look nice, and keeps a person warm, just not as comfortable as some of the others that I had looked at. I love the size of it too. My brother in law is a big guy and he can use it and not make it look like a towel.
