I bought a Ruger Blackhawk .117 pellet rifle about 2 years ago and I personally think it was the biggest waste of $100.00 I ever spent. Is it powerful, yes! Is it well built, yes! Is it accurate, NO! Can't keep that thing tuned in for nothing. I even bought another scope from Ruger thinking I had a scope problem. \"NOPE\"! I even took the scope off and shot open sights. There is just too much movement in the braking action of the barrel to keep it dialed in. I do not have to cut holes at 100 yards to be happy, but keeping a group in the diameter of the bottom of a soda can at 30 yards would be nice. That is impossible with the Blackhawk! I tune it in, and 5 shots later, it's off in another direction. I am 64 years old and have bin hunting since I was 12, so I know what I am talking about. I am not a fussy person, but this air rifle was a waste of my hard earned money. I tried to contact the company with my concerns and got shut down. Never again!
