My brother used it for a couple of nights prior to me sleeping on it (from the same one-time inflation) and he's 6'4 240.... it was still plenty full of air when I used it the third night. Nothing beats not being 5 inches off the ground (and then waking up ON the ground as other mattresses I've owned). Definitely happy!
